Blended - Both

ILT or VILT combined with self-paced eLearning, pre-work, and post-session reinforcement. Best when complexity demands both human facilitation and learner autonomy.

ILT (Instructor-Led Training) is face-to-face, classroom-based training delivered by a live facilitator. VILT (Virtual Instructor-Led Training) is live, facilitator-led training delivered over platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Both involve real-time interaction with a trainer - the key difference is the delivery environment.

Yes. We design VILT for the platform your team uses - including platform-native features like Zoom Breakout Rooms, Microsoft Teams Polls, and Webex Reactions. We design for your environment, not a generic virtual classroom template.

Our standard deliverable set includes a facilitator guide, participant workbook, branded slide deck, and any supporting job aids or handouts. For VILT, we also produce a virtual session kit with annotated facilitator notes and a digital engagement plan. All deliverables are tailored to your project scope.

A standard 1-day programme takes 8-10 weeks. Multi-day or modular programmes take 12-16 weeks, including design, development, and two rounds of client review. We provide a detailed timeline after the discovery conversation.

Yes - though we call it re-designing for virtual, not converting. Simply uploading a classroom deck to Zoom does not work. We redesigned the programme from the facilitation strategy up, restructuring sessions for virtual attention spans and adding engagement touchpoints throughout.
