Our Client Success Framework

How We Make
Every Project Work

At Constellar, transparency isn’t a policy – it’s how we operate. You always know what’s happening, what comes next, and who’s working on your project.

Senior designers lead every engagement.

AI accelerates the right stages.

Human judgment governs every output.

No black boxes
No surprises
No handoffs to junior teams

Three things every Constellar client can count on

Before we walk through the process, here is what every client – regardless of project size, service type, or geography – experiences when they work with us.

Senior expertise from day one

You work directly with experienced instructional designers - not account managers, not a rotating team. The senior ID who designs your course is the same person you talk to from brief to delivery.

Complete transparency at every stage

You know what is happening at every point in the project. Structured updates. Clear review cycles. No surprises.

Your brief - not our template

We adapt our process to where you are. Have a detailed storyboard? Great. Have a problem and no idea where to start? Also great. We meet you where you are - not where it's easiest for us.

What you need to bring

The most common thing clients say after our first call is: ‘That was easier than I expected.’ Here is what you actually need to start a project with us – and what you can leave to us.

Must have - essential to begin

A clear sense of the training topic or performance challenge you are trying to solve Access to a subject matter expert who can review content for accuracy Your LMS name and any known technical requirements A realistic timeline and an approximate budget range

Nice to have - useful but not required

An existing brief or content outline Previous training materials on the same topic Brand guidelines (fonts, colours, logo files) Examples of eLearning styles you like - or ones you want to avoid

We handle this - you do not need to bring it

A finalised storyboard - we build this A learning strategy - we design this SCORM packaging and technical delivery - we handle this Voiceover scripts - we write these Subject matter expertise extraction - we interview your SMEs to get it

Who works on your project

At Constellar, the senior ID who designs your course is the person you talk to. Not an account manager relaying messages. Not a junior team handed the brief after the senior signed the deal. Your lead senior instructional designer is your primary contact from discovery to delivery – bringing both instructional expertise and working knowledge of AI tools to every stage.

Lead Senior Instructional Designer

How we stay in sync - clear communication, every step

Working with an India-based team should feel effortless – and with the right structure, it is. Here is exactly how we keep projects moving, communication clear, and stakeholders aligned across any time zone.

One point of contact

Your lead ID is your direct contact - start to finish. No message relaying. No middlemen.

Structured review cycles

Two formal feedback rounds per project. Consolidated feedback - one document, all stakeholders - keeps timelines clean.
Communication Tools

1-business-day response

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Many of our best projects began with nothing more than a performance problem. We run a structured discovery session at the start of every engagement to help you clarify and define the brief. Tell us what you are trying to solve - we will help you work out what to build.
Less than you think. The highest-demand points are the discovery call (60–90 minutes, Week 1), storyboard review (2–3 hours, Week 3), and the alpha and beta reviews (1–2 hours each, Weeks 7–8). Outside these touchpoints, we work independently and keep you updated.
Your lead instructional designer - the same person from discovery to delivery. You will never be handed to a different team member mid-project or managed through an account manager who is not involved in the work.
Scope changes are handled transparently. Any change that materially affects the timeline or budget is flagged immediately, discussed openly, and agreed in writing before we proceed. We do not absorb scope changes silently and bill for them at the end.
Every project includes two structured feedback rounds - alpha build and beta build. We ask that all stakeholder feedback is consolidated into a single document per round. This keeps timelines clean and ensures nothing gets missed.
Yes. Our India-based team (IST) maintains structured overlap hours covering US EST/PST mornings and EU afternoons. Our structured process means progress continues between live touchpoints - time zone has never been a barrier for our international clients.
