Visual Designer

Job Profile and Required Skills
- Designing visually stunning user interfaces & content screens - be it eLearning, social media posts, marketing & learning videos or artistic presentations.
- Translating wireframes into visual design
- Creating user interface elements and assets
- Evaluating multiple concepts for projects and suggesting ideas that are worth pursuing
- Fulfilling several requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Experimenting with modern creative workflows and AI-supported design approaches to enhance visual storytelling and efficiency.
Key Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, designing interfaces and design-frames.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows for ideation, visual exploration, asset enhancement, and productivity optimization.
- Ability to leverage emerging AI design technologies while maintaining originality, aesthetics, and brand consistency.
- Awareness of evolving creative technology trends including generative AI in visual communication and digital content creation.
